Right-of-Way Acquisition Complete!

Once the right-of-way acquisition was completed, the project was competitively bid and awarded to Kenmore Construction. The pre-construction meeting is scheduled for April 4, at which point a start date for construction will be determined. The first phase of construction will require Howe Avenue to be closed between Route 8 and Main Street for roughly 35 days, weather dependent.
